		<description>Hi - my intent for this post was to question why the mobile internet browsing paradigm has not really changed much over the past few years .. and thus it is one of many reasons why mobile browsing has not achieved critical mass yet.

Today's browsing on most mainstream phones is tedious due to scrolling, going from link to link to navigate, etc.. Even advanced browsers from Apple, Skyfire, Opera, etc.. require users to pan, zoom, pinch to move about a site:  this also can be tiresome for those pages that feature a 2-3 column layout.</description>
